STREAMING FAQS

What is the difference between Event Live, Event Live Back Up, Event DVR, and Event DVR (EPG)?
Event Live and Event Live Back Up are the same live stream. They provide additional space on our servers to ensure everyone has access. If one stream has an issue for any reason, you can use other one. Event DVR is a recording of the previous session and will be ready 1 hour later after live streaming starts

I am not able to view the event as the stream goes in and out. How can I fix this?
There are multiple versions of the live stream. You can try the other steaming icons, Event Live, Event Live - Backup and Event DVR(EPG). If you are still having issues, check your internet connection speed as well.

How do I access the previous session?
It will be available after the event.

While watching the DVR, the screen goes black about 30 minutes into the session. How can I fix this?

The stream and/or DVR freezes up, buffers and sometimes loses sound. How can I fix this?
Check your internet quality. If you are using 4G/5G, try using Wi-Fi connection while watching the DVR.

Screen is black when I try to view stream and/or DVR from tablet and/or phone. How can I fix this?
Check your internet quality. If you are using 4G/5G, try using Wi-Fi connection while streaming.

Payment was accepted but I have yet to receive my confirmation email. How can I receive it?
System is automated. If you don't get an email, check your spam folder. If payment was accepted, you can login to portal directly using the password that you created.

Payment was accepted but I have yet to receive my login information. How can I receive it?
If your payment was accepted and you did not receive an email, you can use the email/password you provided during registration. If you don't remember the password use: https://buzztv.live/forgot_password.php for password retrieval.

I logged into my account and it says "canceled" but my payment was processed. How can I fix this?
If you paid using Stripe API and the system did not send a success confirmation, your payment may still be pending, or it is pending bank verification.

Stripe will not accept my card. How can I fix this?
Stripe is a well-known payment provider. If there is an issue, make sure your payment address and zip code match your credit card billing address. Otherwise, payment will not be accepted.

Unable to connect to a stream
If you are suddenly unable to load live streams, please do the following:

  • Check that you are connected to the Internet. If you are using STB, try a common app like YouTube or Netflix to see if you can watch a stream. On a PC, pull up a reliable website like www.google.com
  • If you are able to connect to other sites, go to http://tulix.speedtest.net/ and click on "Begin Test: Your Preferred Server." Allow the test to complete. A connection of 5Mbps or higher is recommended for a stable viewing experience. If your speed is lower, this may be the cause of the problem. Please contact your Internet service provider to improve your connection.
  • If the test is unable to connect to our servers, there may be a routing issue between you and our provider. To rectify this issue, please visit http://www.whatismyip.com/ from a device on your home connection and submit a support ticket from your account explaining your problem. Please include your IP address as shown at the link.
